Online exam access and privacy notice
Online Mock Exam: A purchase grants the original buyer three attempts within 30 days. Each attempt has a five-hour timer that continues during breaks or after closing the browser. Submitted questions cannot be revisited. Assisted mode shows the answer after each submission; exam mode shows answers after the attempt ends. Each attempt uses a different fixed form, but some questions repeat between forms. The exam is not adaptive, and its score does not predict an NCLEX result.
The exam uses selected questions from Global Nurse Prep’s existing practice packs; content overlaps for customers who own those packs. The personal-use restrictions in our Terms of Use apply to online questions, exhibits, answers, and rationales. Our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights apply to online access. Exam data and recovery
To provide the exam and customer support, Global Nurse Prep stores the Stripe checkout-session and payment references, purchase name and email, access expiry and refund status, attempt form, mode and timing, submitted answer choices, and practice scores. A secure, HTTP-only cookie lets you resume on the same browser without exposing the access token to page scripts. This cookie is not a payment-card number. You may save a separate, one-time recovery code to restore access on another device or after clearing browser data. Using it signs out the previous device and issues a replacement code. Only hashes of access and recovery codes are stored on the server. If you lose both access and your recovery code, contact support with your purchase email and order information.
Scratchpad notes stay in this browser tab and are not sent to the exam server; they may disappear when the tab closes. Text highlights are temporary. Cloudflare hosts the exam service and stores the limited order and attempt data. Stripe processes checkout and card information; Global Nurse Prep does not receive complete card numbers.
